Belinda Gilbert Scott attended Falmouth School of Art where she graduated in 1983. Afterwards she undertook an apprenticeship in Scenic Painting and moved to Scotland where she worked at the RSAMD before becoming a freelance artist. Belinda has worked on various commissions from festival/community projects to scenic paintings for the Glasgow Museums and theatres. In 2002 Belinda decided to concentrate more on her own work as well as teaching.
